TITAN TAKES ON THE WORK THAT OTHERS WON'T DO.

HERE'S WHY.

Wire Forms--Made of round wire, they server some functions springs don't. They are closely allied to the spring family.

Flat Springs--Made from flat spring steel which has been stamped pressed punched, cut or bent into the required shape.

Compression Springs--The most commonly used spring. The required load is reached by compressing the spring down to the matching height.

Assemblies & Sub-Assemblies--Titan can assemble components furnished by our customers and components fabricated in our own shop. Titan can also provide all components for complete assembly.

Extension Springs--Used to pull a force back to original position, these springs offer varied resistance to extension.

Stampings--Usually made from custom dies. Similar to flat springs and may be made from spring tempered material.

Torsion Springs--Used in applications requiring transmission of torque or storage energy.

EDM Parts--This process is used to cut dies for stamping but also to make precision bur free parts to very demanding tolerances. Parts are cut using electronic wire which avoids saw marks and jagged edges.

Taper Springs--Taper springs are used when the spring needs to increase resistance as it is compressed or decrease as the load is eased. Sometimes they are designed so the smaller coils will collapse inside the larger ones as the spring is compressed.

Washers--Titan can make Belleville, Wave, or flat washers depending on the customer’s need. While a flat washer is typically used as a spacer Belleville and Wave washers perform spring functions and vary according to customer need.
