• EDM.
  This process is used to cut dies for stamping but also to make precision bur free parts to very demanding tolerances. Parts are cut using electronic wire which avoids saw marks and jagged edges.
  
  
  
• CNC.
  Titan has the capability of coiling springs in wire ranges from .004 dia to .177dia. using our computer controlled CNC coilers holding state of the art tolerances. Materials include stainless steel, bronze, silicon bronze, brass, inconel, monel, titanium.
  
  
  
• Value Added ASSEMBLIES.
  Titan offers a full range of assemblies, Wire, Cable, Stamped, Machined.
  
  Our in house capabilities in addition to spring making are EDM, Metal Stamping , Heat Treating, Wire Forming along with various types of tooling. Outside we contract for Chemical Etching, Laser Cutting, Welding, CNC Machining, Metal Finishing and Plastic Injection molding. All subcontracted items are inspected to customer specifications and accepted prior to assembly.

  Above right is a sub assembly for a non skid aircraft braking system. Top center is a stethoscope brace made from stainless strip. Second from the bottom center is a gold plated brazed spring & washer assembly. The bottom hinge assembly is manufactured and assembled at Titan from stainless steel.
